Environmental protection and energy saving
The main motor uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor with higher energy efficiency grade, which increases the efficiency by about 30% and reduces the energy consumption by about 10%.
Automatic cutting control
The tension and cutting current of the wire saw are automatically controlled by PLC and inverter bidirectional closed-loop, which can accurately and automatically control the cutting process according to the set cutting parameters.
Anomalous protection
It has various different protection functions for quarry cutting, and the movement and rotation of the power head are set limit protection.
Touch screen digital display
Cutting parameters such as cutting current, line speed and walking speed are digitally displayed by touch screen, and parameters such as time are stored.
