Environmental protection and energy saving
The main motor uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor with higher energy efficiency, and the motor and the spindle reducer are directly connected, which can maximize the effective power cutting of the motor.
Automatic control
PLC control combined with self-developed control system to achieve closed-loop feedback control, can automatically adjust the walking speed according to load changes, not only to maintain efficient operation, but also to avoid the equipment by too much impact, to ensure safety.
Frequency conversion control
The motor adopts frequency conversion control. By monitoring the current size, the line speed of the saw blade can be adjusted according to the hardness of different kinds of stone materials, extending the service life of the segment and improving the cutting efficiency.
Touch screen digital display
Using touch screen display, simple and generous, easy to operate, real-time recording of equipment operating status, backup historical data and fault records.

The equipment structure adopts ergonomic industrial design, the structure operation is suitable for the height of the human body, and the operation is convenient and safe.
